product overview

this product is applied inside valve hall of±500kv,±800kv dc converter station. in accordance with requirements of systematical design, it can be installed in the neutral busbr, midpoint and converter transformer valve. in closing position, it can carry out reliable and effective earthing on neutral busbar,converter transformer and pole busbar. under condition of system fault, it can undertake systematical short circuit current.

this product adopts flank installation structure, mainly includes pedestal assembly installed on the wall of valve wall, earthing cutter bar assembly, connecting rod assembly, gear box assembly, motor operation mechanism and fixed contacts installed in converter bushing and pipe bus bar.

2.balancing gravitational potential energy of closing and opening position of earthing switch through double weight structure, effectively reduce operation force.

3.the contact finger adopts winter-sweet ring structure to ensure contact of multiple points and can satisfy operation demands of long-endurance and large current.

4.the conductive rod assembly adopts superior square aluminium pipe. the moving contact is installed on the front and position of moving contact can be convenient for adjustment. in accordance with position of moving contact on site, it can flexibly adjust installation dimension of moving contact. after closing，it will form triangle support structure with support bar, which improved entire rigidity of product and obtains superior anti-seismic performance
