zgw4 series product is dc disconnector firstly developed by our company. now there is only zgw4-155/j6300-25 high voltage dc disconnector, which is domestic first disconnector targeting at dc power transmission project, mainly used in dc field of ±500kv convertor station and dc filter. this product has passed national approval of china machinery industry federation and its technical performance has reached international advanced level. the product adopts three-column horizontal rotating type double breaking structure and mainly consists of pedestal, insulator, conductive system and operation mechanism and other parts. in closing position, the conductive rod will firstly horizontally rotate close to closing position and then overturn to closing position. it owns characteristics such as flexible operation and reliable contact. the rotation system of conductive rod is installed inside box to avoid the influence of external severe environment.

1. zgw4-515/j6300-25 type high voltage dc disconnector adopts three column horizontal rotation double breaking structure and is the high voltage and large current dc disconnector product independently developed by our company. we possess the entire intellectual property.

2. the rated insulation level can meet the requirements in altitude 2000m and satisfy the insulation requirements of dc disconnector and earthing switch in current ±500 kv dc transmission project.

3. the rated dc current is 6300a and mechanical endurance can reach 5000. so its technical performance is stable and reliable. moreover, it owns the capacity of making 200a harmonic current under recovery current 35kv.

4. the motion of conductive rod adopts rotation structure with sealing. the contacts have the function of self-cleaning. the equipped earthing switch is folding structure. in closing position, support rod and rod of earthing switch form the structure of triangle frame with higher severity and stability.
